CBS Interactive centralized their 3 Manhattan operations within a 49,500sf full floor plate in the NOMAD area. They wanted maximum efficiency, practical floor indices per person in an open environment. We offered dynamic work settings to inspire creativity and innovation, improve workflow and promote open communication. Spaces were designed to facilitate creative, relaxed ambiance where people can come together for an impromptu brainstorming session. We used Knoll workstations and chairs, phone booth sofas and built-in banquette seating, which allows relaxed spontaneous meetings.
